At Granby, we are fortunate to have a Leadership Team that work seamlessly together. But who are the individuals behind the titles? We call them our Super Six, and so to learn more, over the past couple of months we asked each of them six questions to get to know them better. We now pull together all six Granby Super Six Interviews.
Here are all SIX Granby Super Six Interviews.
We asked everything from what specific challenge or opportunity they are currently facing, to sharing a memorable moment that made them proud to lead the team. But the most revealing answers were around revealing their team’s ideal theme song and imagining a superpower that would benefit their team. The answers make for a fascinating read.
Don’t worry – be happy!
We asked each team member, if your department had a theme song, what would it be and why? Caroline Noblett suggested “‘Don’t worry, be happy’ by Bobby McFerrin. I find it really important to always find the positive in things, no matter how hard it might be. “Don’t worry, it will soon pass, whatever it is” is good advice for anyone. And, as I say, we are a very supportive team trying to make everyone happy!”
