The stages of your 3PL fulfilment

Stage 1
Stock received at Granby's warehouse
Once your stock is booked in with us, an advanced shipping note (ASN) is generated and provided to you. Your stock is then received and we also acknowledge this with a goods received note (GRN). This part of the process is aligned with our agreed SLA - for example, whether it includes the option of batch control. If you need to order new stock, you can do so at any time through your bespoke OrderSure dashboard.

Your inventory is tracked at every stage of Granby’s 3PL process via your bespoke OrderSure dashboard. Seamless and secure, our API integration processes orders in real time, daily receipts, provides multiple carrier integration, full visibility of your data, and comprehensive KPI reporting.

Print services
We prepare your individual order print requirements, including delivery notes, address labels and  carrier labels. If you require personalisation - for example, with gifting fulfilment - this is also set up now.

Pick stock inventory
Your inventory is stored in our secure warehouse facility. Storage planning, pick faces and other essentials are handled by our ERP warehouse management system and the production team trained to your requirements.

Pack and despatch
With our own trained bank of production staff, we’re able to meet the challenges of complexity and demand. Whether a product is destined for your customer’s doorstep, or kitting for your field team, the components or items are packed to order. Orders are quality checked and prepared for despatch. Granby doesn’t use single use plastics in despatch and will help you police your other suppliers in this regard.

Orders are collected daily from Granby and delivered in line with our agreed delivery method. Our API integration with carrier partners provides you with real-time status and location updates via your bespoke OrderSure dashboard. Everything is tracked, nothing is lost, and you can see how your fulfilment is progressing in real time.

Customer support
You have full access to your fulfilment data flowing into your OrderSure dashboard, and we’ll have regular scheduled calls. We also proactively monitor carrier exceptions to ensure successful delivery, making sure we deliver an experience that has a positive impact on your brand or project.

Managing failed deliveries
Undelivered parcels are returned to Granby for processing and query handling by our customer support teams. Information on the status of these parcels is continually updated within your dashboard, keeping you fully aware of progress. SCOPe can also be configured to handle returns and track high value assets.
