We took on our first client at Granby Row in Manchester in 1959 and initially made our name with promotional marketing. Our brand partners have always trusted us enough to ask for more. We’ve helped them push further and harder and higher, and in the process expanded our specialisms to include contract packing and 3PL, plus everything that flows between.
As a result, we’ve grown into one of the few genuine full service, end-to-end 4PL fulfilment providers in the world – and a trusted partner who puts your brand integrity at the forefront of everything we do.

We’ve developed SCOPe ourselves over two decades and invest heavily in its evolution, according to our clients’ needs. True to the Granby ethos, it is incredibly flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of our brand partners while providing a robust project framework that focuses on delivery and efficiencies.
OrderSure is a browser for your inventory, an easy-access portal that gives you visibility of your available stock. It’s packed with features that makes ordering stock so much easier. You can view and print data at the click of a button, and navigate through all your products using ‘smart search’ and category assignment. And, of course, we’re on hand with online chat and live-support to help if you need it.
Another of our bespoke technologies is our redemption tool, SwiftReceipt. Powered by AI, Swift Receipt takes less than 20 seconds for customer data to be captured and proof of purchase to be validated. It’s the perfect technology for promotional marketing projects and loyalty programmes – efficient, accurate and GDPR compliant.
Our staff are at the heart of the business and its success. We recruit our own bank of workers through a careful selection, vetting and training process. We don’t have a need for temping agencies to build our teams, it’s already in hand. Granby’s workers become skilled across all our brand partners to keep our workforce flexible and, under the guidance of dedicated brand team leaders, remain sensitive to your particular requirements.
An empowered workforce helps us to deliver the best possible service for our clients, which is why we set up the Granby Academy.
