A powerful co-pack enhancement that supports a fast turnaround.

Warehousing

The contract packing enhancement module in SCOPe is truly unique. This enterprise resource planning application (ERP) allows full visibility of component stock for the planning of large volume contract packing, making sure deadlines are met and that there’s a fast turnaround.

Full transparency of data across all departments means it’s much simpler to manage the resources required to complete the job from start to finish. It also means we can supply thorough reports on our agreed KPIs, including how your supply chain partners met their objectives too.

The warehouse management system was recently updated to develop these functions, as well as adding LOT control, BBE and carrier integration. Tracking jobs is plain sailing and we’ve got rid of the need for manual tracking. The entire operation has become more streamlined with the introduction of our automation systems.

 

Features

  • Fully tracked inventory management
    Track every transaction on your SKU – there’s a full audit trail, from stock levels and the value of the stock we’re holding for you, right down to its location in our warehouse.
  • KPI tracking
    Our main KPI is fulfilment on time and in full (OTIF). We measure and report on our own performance and also that of all partners in your supply chain.
  • Transport diary
    A booking-in system that your carrier partners and suppliers can use to schedule deliveries – and can also be used to book outbound orders
  • Contract pack planner
    No need for manual tracking of collations - all information can be directly entered into the warehouse mainframe, making it completely visible across the departments.
  • Pick strategies
    Customise the way your stock is picked to fit your requirements – for example, for LOT control, BBE and rotation of your stock.
  • Collation Forecasting
    This enables the team to add “scheduled collations” to the system ensuring complete visibility across departments.
  • Resource management
    The required resources for each task can be estimated and pre-allocated per day, making resource management a breeze. KPIs can track whether work is on/off schedule, so we can stay up to date, order statuses and prioritise accordingly.
  • LOT/Batch control
    SCOPe automatically manages LOT numbers and BBE dates without the need for manual tracking. We don’t have to set up separate SKUs, which makes reporting and creating pick lists easier and faster.
  • Labels to carrier
    We really like to lead the way and lead by example, and efficiency is one of our watch-words. So, our warehousing management system now has the ability to email labels to a carrier so that incoming goods can be identified easily.
  • Carrier Integration
    Carrier Integration within SCOPe also received a nice upgrade. We’re able to see which carriers are available from straight in the app which makes our operational activity more organised.
