Friday was a fantastic day filled with an air of celebration. We wanted to commemorate our first full year as an employee-owned trust, and it was a great opportunity for us all to come together and reflect on our journey and the benefits of employee ownership.
Why did we become an employee owned business?
The decision to become an employee-owned trust was driven by our desire to build a sustainable, competitive, innovative, and profitable business for the future. Over the past year, we have witnessed firsthand how this move has strengthened our position and allowed us to deliver on our vision. It has provided a sense of ownership and empowerment to our employees, as they now have a direct stake in our company’s performance and success.
