This month, our team, including Victoria Pittman, Caroline Noblett, and Kayleigh Scott, embarked on a journey to the stunning Scottish countryside to meet with Helen Connolly from Edrington UK. This visit reinforced our commitment to personal connections and shared values, with the breathtaking landscapes of Loch Lomond providing the perfect backdrop. In the realm of client relationships, Owen Harris and Kayleigh Scott participated in the AIA webinar, “Find Out What Clients Really Want from Agencies Today.” This insightful session explored the evolving landscape of client expectations, emphasising trust, communication, and sustainability. Our participation in the AIA Festival of Happiness at Google HQ was another highlight. Caroline Noblett and Nic Rogan joined industry leaders to delve into the neuroscience of happiness and its impact on workplace culture, reinforcing our commitment to a supportive and inclusive environment at Granby. And finally, a touch of holiday magic arrived at Granby HQ with a special visitor from the North Pole. Our Elf on a Shelf, Granny B, popped in to surprise us before reporting back to Santa Claus. At Granby, we are always seeking ways to better support our clients. Recently, Owen Harris and Kayleigh Scott participated in the AIA webinar, “Find Out What Clients Really Want from Agencies Today.” This insightful session form the AIA, explored the evolving landscape of client expectations, emphasising the importance of trust, and clear communication in building creative anbd sustainable relationships. The course highlighted the transformative role of technology and the importance of active listening in building strong client relationships. Granby remains committed to innovation and understanding client needs to enhance our service delivery.
Leadership Team tackle the Crystal Maze
The Granby Leadership Team recently embarked on an invigorating annual Away Day last month, blending strategic planning with team-building activities to set the stage for 2025. The day commenced with a focused planning session for the Granby leadership team. Discussions centred on the rolling five-year plan, emphasising collaboration and communication. The team then tackled the Crystal Maze Experience in Manchester, a metaphor for real-world challenges, highlighting the importance of teamwork and strategic thinking. This enriching day reinforced Granby’s commitment to its core values and future growth.

Get a glimpse behind the scenes at Granby HQ with Lisa Widdowson, a valued member of our Operations Team. Known for her vibrant personality and dedication, Lisa is committed to professional growth, having participated in our Stepping Stones program and a Time and Motion course. Outside of work, she enjoys wild swimming and walking, and cherishes time with her family. Even the Caribbean and Ed Sheeran get a mention! Lisa’s story highlights her passion for personal development and community involvement, making her an inspiring part of the Granby family.
Elf on a Shelf Granny B arrives at Granby
We’re excited to introduce Granny B, our special Scout Elf on a Shelf for the holiday season! Despite her many years, Granny B appears as young and spritely as ever, acting as Santa’s eyes and ears at Granby HQ. Each night, she travels to the North Pole to report on our team’s behaviour, making sure we check and double-check everything, in otehr words, that we are being very good! And then she returns the next morning to a new spot. Stay tuned for updates and enjoy the festive cheer and elf magic she brings!
