Granby Nominated for 3 Red Rose Awards – Granby is extremely pleased to announce that we are finalists in three categories at this year’s Red Rose Awards.

About the Red Rose Awards

The Red Rose Awards is managed and presented by Lancashire Business View. The Red Rose Awards 2025 marks 15 years of celebrating business excellence across Lancashire. The aim of the awards is to provide the best possible platform to promote success . It does so with the aim of encouraging trade within the county. The awards are about the businesses that keep the county alive – Granby are proud to be nominated as one of the heroes of the Lancashire economy.

Since the awards were launched in 2011, it has steadily grown and become the centerpiece attraction for the business community with the sell-out ceremony taking place at the magnificent Winter Gardens Blackpool. Finalists including Granby are now live and can be viewed here.

We are delighted to have been nominated in the inaugural Transport & Logistics category. This recognition highlights our commitment to delivering innovative transport and logistics solutions that make a real difference for our clients. We are proud to be recognised as a stand-out business in this demanding and ever-changing industry.

Open to transport and logistics businesses of all sizes, including freight forwarders, logistics providers, transportation companies, warehousing businesses and in-house logistics teams.

Granby is also extremely pleased to have been nominated as finalists in the Employer of the Year category. As an employee-owned business since 2022, this recognition is particularly close to our hearts.

This award is open to private and public sector organisations. Winners will demonstrate engagement with their teams and the support and development of their workforce. This may be through apprenticeships, in-house training, flexible working, personal development, workplace wellbeing activity and teambuilding.

And our third finalists place is in the Commitment to Skills category.

This award is open to businesses and organisations that have a clear commitment to skills both internally and externally. It is also open to those with clear strategies on maintaining and enhancing skills and strategies for the retention and recruitment of staff.
