Granby Scoop Gold… Twice at the IPM COGs 2019
On Thursday 27th September, Granby’s promotional marketing team attended the IPM’s annual COGS awards. Twelve categories were being awarded at the London event, and we’re thrilled to announce we brought home gold, in two categories; Print Management and Innovation.
The IPM COGS Awards exists to recognise and reward all the incredible behind the scenes work that service agencies contribute to enabling promotional marketing and brand activation campaigns to happen.
According to the Institute of Promotional Marketing, the COGS is the promotional marketing industry’s foremost celebration of Great Service, and we couldn’t agree more.
Our Gold Award for Print Management was related to the promotional merchandise we produced for the International women’s day campaign. The annual global campaign is a very high profile event where quality or the printed materials were paramount and was manged effectively through Granby print management service. We also managed the kit collation and global distribution efficiently, ensuring all orders were delivered in full, on time, for the global event.
The second gold was awarded for innovation and our digital and data product SwiftReceipt.
SwiftReceipt is Granby’s digital receipt validation tool that validates proof of purchase in seconds. Nespresso adopted SwiftReceipt for their 2018 promotional campaign, significantly reducing the validation time allowing rewards to be distributed to customers in much shorter lead time. SwiftReceipt also easily managed increased redemption volumes efficiently and without impact on the customer experience.
