Granby is going to the Blackburn is hiring’ careers fair!
On the 13th October, Granby is going to be attended the ‘Blackburn is Hiring’ Career’s fair at Ewood Park, Blackburn.
This is going to be a fantastic opportunity to introduce a new generation to the amazing world of logistics.
Logistics is often so easily overlooked as a career path yet it’s quite literally the backbone of the economy and arguably one of the most, if not THE most important industry to the world.
We think it’s important that younger generation is super important to the growth in the logistics sector which is why we also support Blackburn Youth Zone.
We have already onboarded so many people to our team through our Granby academy and our various apprenticeships that we offer.
This is what one of our apprentices had to say about his time at Granby:
“Before I started at Granby, I had no work experience and was quite anxious for my future since University didn’t really appeal to me. I was able to do an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing with Granby and through the support of the team, I have been able to learn so much about the exciting world of logistics and work on so many different projects.”
‘Ibrahim – Digital Marketing Apprentice’
Over 2000 young people are set to join us at the event which means it’s set to be a very busy day!
We can’t wait to meet everyone!
