Caroline Noblett Rising Star: Lancashire Business View magazine have for many years published an annual feature highlighting the achievements of women in business. This year they wanted to spotlight to shine on those under the age of 36.
They had a tremendous response and many impressive nominations highlighting the achievements of young women in all types of business across our county. Their talent, energy and enthusiasm shone through.

Out of that list, with the help of an independent judging panel, they chose a selection of younger business women. These were those who they believe are making a real difference. Those pointing the way to a brighter future for Lancashire. Granby would like to congratulate our managing director, Caroline Noblett on being selected for this list.
The citation reads, “Caroline joined Granby in 2019 as Head of Finance and HR and has since played a crucial role in the company’s growth. In July 22 she also became Director of People and Finance, in which she assisted the company in becoming an employee-owned trust and, at 34 she was appointed Managing Director. Caroline has always worked in male-dominated industries, including construction, automotive, logistics and warehousing. At Granby she’s looking forward to empowering the workforce, offering long term job security for the team”
