Our Recent Granby Academy Graduate
Niamh Powton, our Senior Client and Customer Support, has completed a Level 3 award in Leadership and Management. She now manages a team that report to her on escalations from clients, workloads, and anything they need further assistance with.
Some topics covered in her course were understanding leadership, discipline in the workplace and innovation and change. Developing her skills in these areas was crucial for her performance. She spent 4 months studying at Blackburn college during the evenings. Every week, Niamh wrote essays on the topic that was covered, demonstrating her understanding of the topic. These assignments included real-life examples from her work at Granby.
