Throughout his time at Granby, Phil has worked in various departments, showcasing his versatility and adaptability. He spent many years as a valuable member of the warehouse team before transitioning to his current role within maintenance and site services.

He consistently goes the extra mile, often working outside of regular hours to ensure minimal disruption and to create a safe and comfortable working environment for all. Phil’s dedication and hard work truly shine through, and his colleagues have recognised this by voting him as the Employee of the Quarter for the final quarter of 2023.

Not only does Phil excel in his day-to-day responsibilities, but he also takes great pride in his work. He is instrumental in making Granby look good for our staff, clients, and potential clients. Recently, Phil has been focusing on improving our offices, canteens, and operational areas. His ongoing efforts in painting and decorating have transformed these spaces, creating a more vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Phil is always ready to respond to maintenance tickets and requests, tackling repairs, problem-solving, and even creating innovative solutions.
Health & Safety Board
Beyond his exceptional work, Phil is a highly respected member of our team. He serves on the Health & Safety Board and is an active participant in the Employee Forum. His dedication to the well-being of our employees and the overall success of Granby is truly commendable.
