UKWA

The UK Warehousing Association (UKWA)

The UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) is the principal trade organisation for the warehousing and logistics sector in the United Kingdom. The association has over 1,000 members and has contributed over £185 billion to the UK economy through partnerships with companies. These 1,000 members range from third-party logistics providers to manufacturers, retailers and suppliers of products and services in the logistics industry.

As the UK’s leading trade organisation in the warehousing sector, the UKWA aims to be a trusted voice. It encompasses a range of activities, including advocating for its members, influencing policies, promoting best practices, and supporting professional development throughout the warehousing sector.

The association regularly partakes in government consultations and runs industry events. It is recognised for its exceptional thought leadership and commitment to the sector.

BCMPA

The Association for Contract Manufacturing, Packing, Fulfilment & Logistics

The BCMPA is the UK’s premier resource for contract manufacturing, packing, eCommerce fulfilment and logistics services. This trade association is recognised on a national and global scale and is the go-to for brands, retailers, manufacturers and eCommerce companies. They serve a variety of sectors, including food and drink, nutraceuticals, chemicals, personal care, pharmaceuticals and household goods.

The BCMPA represents companies involved in contract manufacturing, packing, fulfilment and logistics. Originally known as the British Contract Packers Association, it rebranded in 2002 to reflect its broader scope. It has supported over 200 members and is now celebrating its 25th anniversary.

The BCMPA is on a mission to promote the value of outsourcing and connect brands with retailers, manufacturers and third-party service providers. The BCMPA is a central hub for:

  • Industry networking and collaboration
  • Raising awareness of outsourcing benefits
  • Providing a searchable database of members
  • Engaging in trade exhibitions and publications
  • Offering guidance and support to members and clients
