Granby appoints a new Non-Executive Director

Granby is pleased to announce the appointment of a new non-executive director to our team! Karen Jackson has joined our award-winning team to help strengthen our leadership capabilities and prepare for our next phase of growth.

About Karen

Karen has joined the Granby team with over 20 years of senior leadership and consulting experience. She has worked across a wide range of sectors, including retail, FMCG, consumer electronics and the public sector. 

Alongside Karen’s new role at Granby, she is also a Managing Partner at TomorrowToday Consulting, a global strategy and leadership advisory firm that helps organisations navigate change, develop future-fit leaders and deliver sustainable growth.

Previously, Karen was a Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest field sales and contact centre organisations, leading more than 3,000 colleagues. With this prior experience, we are confident that Karen can bring the knowledge and skills to help us achieve our long-term goals.

During Karen’s previous role, she was responsible for transforming the business’s performance and overall profile, enabling it to secure and develop major strategic client accounts, achieve record growth, and expand its portfolio.

Karen’s role at Granby

Karen will be working closely with Caroline, our Managing Director, and the wider leadership team to strengthen our strategic focus, drive commercial growth and enhance our leadership capabilities.
