Joanne has worked in the marketing services sector for over twelve years and has in-depth experience of implementing and managing large scale projects. Joanne joined GMS in 2000 and has been instrumental in creating one of the best Client Services departments in our sector. Joanne is a main board director with overall responsibility for client services, planning and operations. Joanne sits on the Response Management Council of the Direct Marketing Association.
