Account Executive
Reports to: Senior Account Director
The purpose of the position:
Reporting to the Senior Account Director, the role is to implement and support Client activity over a portfolio of our smaller clients, meeting agreed deadlines within the costs provided. In addition you would be responsible in influencing the project design by fully understanding the clients business objectives, matching Granby's services to clients requirements and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide clients with costs for new activities for your allocated portfolio of clients
- To brief the internal job specification in line with the brief from the client and the costs quoted to the client to the planning & implementation team
- To produce relevant client reports
- To interpret reports and results in order to make recommendations to the client
- To regularly update operations with information regarding forthcoming activity
- To actively seek opportunities to improve business flow
- To continually develop business knowledge, keeping updated with all client activity
- To gather information and communicate timely and effectively internally
- To work closely with all members of the Client Services team, in order to ensure the development of Client activity and sharing of best practice
- To provide support to the client services team to ensure commitment and motivation is maintained
- Understand and uphold Granby's mission statement at all times
- Work with and provide support to account managers on specific projects as identified by the Senior Account Director
- Keep all documentation filed accurately and timely
- Work within company standards, guidelines and statutory requirements

- Understands the market in which the organisation operates
Additional Information:
- Driving licence would be an advantage
- Although the position is mainly based at our head office in Blackburn, Lancashire, the majority of our clients are located in the south of England and regular attendance at client meetings is essential to faciliate the role.
- Occasional nights away
- Required to work as necessary to get the job done
Salary: Depends on experience
